1997 Honda XR400

Excellent condition - no time to ride.

I’m asking $2100 OBO. I have 4 motorcycles, 3 four wheelers, a dirtbike, and NO time for any of them! The is a great bike and needs someone to RIDE it! Everything is tight…let me know if you wanna stop out at Bells one day (I’m always there on a weekend) and ride it or check it out! I adjusted the valves a while back but haven’t touched a thing since, aside from chain oiling, etc.

Has the following modifications:

• Gordon exhaust mods (smoothing of the exhaust port and stainless headers),
• Free flow exhaust tip,
• Iintake modifications - K&N filter AND prefilter (also have UNI filter for it)
• Red anodized aluminum bars
• Handguards, updated (MY 03) red plastic

XR's are nearly idential from '96-'04. This is definitely not the cheapest XR, but it is one of the lowest hour, well-cared for XR's that you'll come across...and lots of extras! Come take a look if you want a strong, no frills bike (compared to the complicated 450's that require frequent valve adjusting). Brand new red chain & steel sprockets (first time replacing the stock parts).
